Whilst all our services are charged on an hourly basis; pre-paid service contracts are also available for work carried out over an extended period of time - e.g. monthly routine maintenance etc. All contract work include discounts, therefore you may benefit from this if you run a business. Please refer to the chart below for more information. All prices are in NZD.
» Standard Rates
The following rates are for work carried out during our business hours (10am - 5pm | Monday - Friday). Any work done outside these hours will incur a 50% rate premium unless otherwise arranged.

» Pre-paid Contracts
Pre-paid service contracts are an excellent way of securing support time for the moment when you need it the most. Response times are also a lot quicker as we plan to be there whenever you need us - 24/7. The following is a table of our pricing for contract support:

If you have a domain name, you can point it directly to our servers and allow us to manage your hosting and email needs. If you don't have your own domain and wish to have one, the costs are outlined below. Please note that the hosting plans above do not include the yearly domain name fee and will be additionally charged. Domain Parking is provided free of charge.
